Use of the Swymmr Service

You are required to register an account in order to use the Swymmr service.

Registration is free and requires that you enter a valid email address, as well as your preferred name and phone number, so that the organisations that you join via Swymmr can identify and contact you regarding activities booked using this service.

Your preferred name (supplied during registration) may be displayed on the Swymmr website and visible to other members of organisations you join whenever you book activities. However, all other personal details are held privately and are only accessible to authorised administrators of these organisations, and authorised Swymmr staff.

Your details are held securely in a database hosted within the United Kingdom with Microsoft Azure.

Should you wish to delete your account or exercise any of your other rights under the UK Data Protection Act 2018, please email [email protected] and we will respond as quickly as possible and no later than one month (30 days) from the date of your request, as required by the above legislation.
