Should you have any issues using the Swymmr online booking system, the following information may be of interest:

If you are not receiving booking or cancellation emails, please be sure to check your 'Junk Email' folder. All emails will appear from Swymmr (no-reply@swymmr.com). Unfortunately, email is not a guaranteed delivery system and so Swymmr cannot take responsibility for any failure to receive emails.

If you wish to book on to, or cancel your booking for, any upcoming sessions and are unable to do so yourself, please contact the relevant coach in the first instance. They should be able to add or remove the booking on your behalf, subject to lane availability. If you do not receive a reply from the coach, you may try emailing us via support@swymmr.com with the relevant details and we will do our best to help.

If you experience any technical issues with the service, please notify us via support@swymmr.com and provide as much detail as you can regarding the issue.
